At Rcell.ca, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Period

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and include all accessories, manuals, and packaging.

• Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear will not be accepted.

• Sale items, custom-unlocked devices, and electronic parts (such as batteries, screens, etc.) are final sale, unless defective.

3. Defective Products or Order Errors

If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@r-cell.ca with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product

We will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue at our expense.

4. Return Process

1. Contact us at contact@r-cell.ca to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

5. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
